iLEAD TV launches with 1971: India’s Finest

iLEAD
launched its Web TV, ‘iLEAD TV’ with the screening of ‘1971: India’s Finest
Hour’ on Vijay Diwas, December 16th.
The
guest for the screening at iLEAD was Vice Chancellor of MAKAUT, Dr Saikat
Maitra. iLEAD chairman, Mr Pradip Chopra addressed the audience about the scope
and dynamics of Web TV and Web TV Apps in today’s world and spoke on how the
channel will showcase world class content on History, Art and Culture, Cuisine, Religion, Societal issues,
Film and Media, Aesthetics, Heritage, Literature, philosophy, Science, Nature
and how the students will be a part of the productions.
iLEAD TV will definitely be a platform for
showcasing varied talents through creation of quality content which will enrich
the lives and minds of many throughout the world. Prof Saikat Maitra
congratulated the iLEAD fraternity for the initiative and also recommended the
active involvement of students from all professional streams for this mega
project.
‘1971: India’s Finest Hour’, depicts India’s
heroic role in the Bangladesh Liberation War. It shows how only within 13 days
India made 93,000 fully armed Pakistani soldiers surrender unconditionally in
full public view of the world. From partition to liberation, the film is
an experience of struggle, war, glory and birth of a nation. The film won
critical acclaim and praises by the audience at the venue.
The programs of iLEAD TV will be streamed on
