Morning Glory Celebrating Glorious 25^th Year

 

Morning Glory, the Montessori house of children is commemorating their 25^th glorious year with the little children aged between 2+ and 5+. The splendid morning witnessed this blooming flowers dressed in colourful attires performing different cultural programmes.

The occasion is graced by Hon’ble Minister Sri Subrata Mukherjee, Mninister-in-charge, Public Health Engineering Department, Panchayat and Rural Development, Govt. of West Bengal.

The celebration of 25^th year not only involves the children and faculties but also the Parents and relatives of the children to be a part of it.

Ms. Mridula Mukherji, Directress, Morning Glory said on the occasion, “It is a pleasure for us that Morning Glory has stepped into its glorious 25^th year. In order to celebrate this occasion we have arranged for a small get together with the children and their parents. It is a morning full of dance, song and skit performed by all of us”.

According to Dr. Montessori the psychic powers of perception, memory, imagination and reasoning are remarkably active in this formative period (2-6 years).

The Montessori House of children helps them and prepares them to perform certain developmental activities.  It provides them the environment where they can develop the powers given to them by Nature. Morning Glory Montessori House is such an environment which is a specially prepared Activity Centric Environment.
