ILEAD has tie-ups and MOUs with various universities and institutes around the world such

iLEAD, The Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development is a world-class Institute in Kolkata offering degrees courses in Media and Management studies both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels i.eBBA (Hons.),  B.Sc (Hons.) and M.Sc. The institute is affiliated to UGC recognized MaulanaAbulKalam Azad University of Technology(MAKAUT). The institute has a vision to become one of the most respected names in education globally.

ILEAD has tie-ups and MOUs with various universities and institutes around the world such as Yunnan Normal University Business School (in Kunming, China), Tennessee State University (TSU) (in Nashville, Tennessee, USA), Law and Management Business School (in Port Louis, Mauritius), Capital University (in Columbus, Ohio, USA), Corporate University OST-Friesland E.V. (in Leer, Germany), KasemBundit University (in Bangkok, Thailand) and Noble Institution for Environmental Peace in Toronto, Canada to name a few.

On 8th February, fourteen students pursuing Business Administration and Business Computer Science from Corporative University Ost-Friesland e.V. (BAO University) in Leer, Germany along with the Director, Mr. Arno Onnen visited India for the first time on a Student Exchange Program with ILEAD (Institute of Leadership Entrepreneurship and Development). ILEAD and     signed an MOU back in 2014 focusing on student/faculty/scholar exchange and resource sharing programs.
The trip is an educational-cum-leisure one with students participating in soft skills/personality development classes in ILEAD. They enjoyed the classes particularly and found them to be very enriching. They also pointed out that these were much more effective and interactive than reading self-help books! The group also had a great time interacting with ILEAD students and learning about campus life and the education system here in India.
ILEAD also arranged for their visits to Goethe Institut Max Mueller Bhawan and the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce for interactive sessions followed by a tour of the establishments and a brief walkthrough on their operations in Kolkata. Factory/Industry visits to Ipsen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Bhasa (West Bengal) and KoppernMaco Services in Dhulagori were also arranged by ILEAD for the delegation. Both the companies are members of VDMA, an organization that serves the Indo-German economic relations in various engineering sectors in Kolkata.
Amongst the leisure activities, ILEAD students took the group toBelur Math to celebrate Saraswati Puja, the slums of Don Bosco and on a city tour covering the iconic tourist spots in Kolkata such as OutramGhat, PrincepGhat, National Library, Alipore Zoo, Victoria Memorial and St. Paul’s Cathedral. The group also shopped at legendary shopping destinations in Kolkata such as Gariahat and New market with ILEAD students. ILEAD also arranged for a two-day tour of Sunderbans complete with a launch ride to Sajnekhali Tiger Project Area in Godhkhali, Sunderbans and world heritage sites in Sunderbans for viewing of wild animals and crocodiles along with a cultural folk dances by local artists.

Additionally, there is be another delegation of twenty students and two faculty members, Ms. BiYuanyuan and Ms. Li Runhong from Yunnan University in Kunming, Chinawho visited ILEAD on 15th February. The group consists of an eclectic mix of students from various departments of Yunnan University such as Mathematics & Statistics, Economics, Marxism-Leninism, Humanities and Foreign Languages to name a few. The group is spending two days in Kolkata, participating in soft skills/personality development classes, interactive sessions with ILEAD students and cultural programs at ILEAD campus. ILEAD students is also taking them for sightseeing to popular tourist spots of Kolkata including Victoria Memorial and Indian Museumbefore leaving for Shantiniketan for a program with the Foreign Language Department of BhasaBhavana of VisvaBharati University.
