India’s prestigious Golden Peacock Global Award presented to UAE’s
British Orchard Nursery
First pre-school chain to win the award globally
British
Orchard Nursery, UAE’s largest pre-school chain, has been awarded with India’s
prestigious Golden Peacock Global Award towards Innovation
Management. At a grand ceremony
in London, where the award was conferred by the Retd Hon. Oliver Letwin MP,
Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster Honorable Cabinet Minister of UK, the
pre-school stood tall as the first-ever pre-school to have won the
coveted title at the global level.Founded by the Institute of Directors, India in 1991 the Golden
Peacock Awards are globally regarded as a benchmark of corporate
excellence.
With
this award, British Orchard Nursery has established its credentials as one of
the best early years provider across the globe as it marked its presence
amongst the big regional and international giants such as Tata Motors, ICICI
Lombard GIC Ltd, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, India, General Motors,
US, and London Stock Exchange amid others. The
nursery also won the distinguished European Assembly Socrates award by
the European Business Assembly, in recognition of their contribution towards
the intellectual development of society.
Upon
receiving the coveted title, Vandana Gandhi, the founder and CEO of
