BARBEQUE NATION OPENS OUTLET IN PARK STREET

         

      Second Barbeque Nation outlet to open in Kolkata

Barbeque Nation, one of the most successful casual dining restaurant chains in India, opened its second outlet opening today at No. 24, 1st Floor, Park Center Building, Park Street,Kolkata.The outlet was inaugurated by children from Seva Sadan Trust NGO, who were also its first customers. The guest of honour at the store launch was prominent Bengali-film star Koneenica Banerjee.

Now visitors tothe Park Street outlet will be able to bask in the aroma of barbecued food as they experience the joy of grilling their own vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbecues on live grills at their own tables!

Barbeque Nation is a pioneer in India to promote ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of unlimited starters in India and is today the largest casual dining brand in the country. The restaurant offers a pre-fixed menu with a fixed price. The menu is drawn from Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and the Indian subcontinent.

The Park Street outlet can accommodate 170 covers. The look and feel of the restaurant follows the basic theme of Barbeque Nation which is rustic and casual with wood and open-brick wall surface. The sizzle of the grills livens up the whole atmosphere and gives diners a comfortable and cosy experience.

The eat-all-you-can buffet at Barbeque Nation showcases an array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Starters like Paneer Mirch Masala, Cajun Spice Potato, Mutton Gulafi Seekh Kabab and Chili Garlic Prawns deserve a special mention. The main course has a number of mouth-watering dishes ranging from Mutton Dum Biryani, Sarso Bata Rohu, Murgh Joshinaand Handi Gosth in non-vegetarian dishes, to Paneer Tikka Masala Dum Aloo Kashmiri and Kofta Bukharaamong vegetarian dishes. For dessert, the chefs serve up popular dishes like Marble Cheese Cake, Moong Dal  ka Halwa, Kesari Phirnee along witha delectable rangeof Kulfis from the restaurant’s permanent Kulfi Nation counter.
