Yunnan Normal University Business School (YNNUBS) china

Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development (ilead) is one of the premier Media and Management School of Kolkata AND Yunnan Normal University Business School (YNNUBS),  one of the largest independent, integrated Business schools of China has signed a Memorandum of Understanding  for co-operation.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Pradip Chopra, Chairman/President, Institute of Leadership Entrepreneurship and Development and Mr. Wang Kunlai, President Yunnan Normal University Business School.

This is the first time that an independent self financed business school of Kolkata has signed such an agreement for collaboration and co-operation with one of the leading business school of china.

The feature of MOU is as follows:

Yunnan Normal University Business School (YNNUBS), P.R. China and Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development (ILEAD), Kolkata, India agree to cooperate on academic programs based on the principles of equality and reciprocity, fairness and voluntariness, as well as honesty and faithfulness and abide by the laws and regulations of China and India.

The MOU aims at reaching mutual understanding and promoting scholar and student exchange and academic information and material sharing. YNNUBS and ILEAD decide to establish formal communicative and cooperative relation and agree on the following items.

The universities agree to promote the following exchange programs based on their respective academic and educational needs

a.    Faculty Exchange, including visiting scholars, exchange teachers and researchers

b.    Student Exchange, including long-term and short-term exchange students

c.    Academic information and materials sharing

d.    Joint research programs and research achievement sharing

e.    Joint training programs

f.     Jointly-sponsored conferences or forums

g.    Other international cooperative and exchange programs agreed by both universities

On this occasion Mr. Pradip Chopra, Chairman/President, ILEAD says that We are in the process of executing similar type of Memo of Understanding with Universities or colleges in U.S./U.K./Canada/Germany/France/Thailand/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/ Singapore.
