People are realizing the psychological and social value of green plants which not only soothes the stressed human beings. Today, a number of urban and semi-urban cities are paying the price for having neglected the environment in their quest for development. The use of House plants in interior spaces is now seen as a contributor to the financial success of malls, hotels and banks.
For several decades, men have been trying to impose his will and mastery over nature and trying to wipe out forests, creating concrete giants and filling up water bodies to suit its needs.
